In pursuit of healthy cells!

I sometimes wonder why my body and my cells decided to go rogue. I mean, at what point, did a few of my little cells decide to jump ship and be officially pronounced abnormal? Yes, this post is largely about breast cancer!

To be fair, it’s not the only time I’ve had problems with my cells running amok.

I have another abnormal cell situation with a rare tumor (called a desmoid) in my upper thigh/pelvis area. This one is on a wait and see program. In good news, it’s smaller now than when I first found it.

I started using essential oils mainly because the desmoid was hurting. Plus stress & sleep challenges. I researched Frankincense and discovered the many studies being done on it’s anti inflammatory response in the body. So I massage it in every single day and like to think the desmoid is dying a slow death!  It’s definitely stopped hurting which was my experience last year, hallelujah for that!

When I went to the doTERRA convention in September, it dawned on me that the Founders have a vested interest in cancer & particularly breast cancer due to for example the CEO having personal experiences in his family. Which means, as a business, there’s a lot of focus on developing oils and other products to help people like me.

Since coming back, I’ve found myself incorporating more of these into my daily routine. Which led me to thinking it’s would be a good idea to share this info, in case you or your family could benefit from it too:

Oils I use every day to support an anti inflammatory response in the body:

  • Frankincense, Copaiba, Pink Pepper, Yarrow. I take these internally as well as using aromatically & rubbing Franky into my desmoid area

  • I take DDR Prime which is a supplement that includes Frankincense, Wild Orange, Litsea, Thyme, Clove, Summer Savory, Niaouli, and Lemongrass essential oils. These are shown in studies to promote a healthy response to free-radicals while supporting healthy cellular function.

  • I take a the Bone Nutrient supplement, as breast cancer treatments often reduce bone mineral density. This particular supplement has been looked into by a local Pharmaceutical Oncologist who responded that she wished all her post chemo patients were taking it.

  • I’m using other oils to support ongoing chemopause related challenges like hot flushes (peppermint) and restless sleep (lavender, vetiver).

If you’re interested in ordering any of these products, you can do that HERE. I’d love to support you.
